Meet Shantel
Shantel started in the wedding industry in 2013 as the Marketing Manager for Orlando’s #1 catering company, Arthur’s Catering. At Arthur’s, Shantel handled content creation, graphic design, social media management, digital advertising, and more. It was at Arthur’s that Shantel truly gained her passion for the wedding and hospitality industry. Arthur’s grew from a 7 million dollar company in 2013 to over 10 million in 2022.
Throughout those years, she also managed the branding and social media for top wedding venues like Casa Feliz, which she helped grow from 0 to 7K followers, and the Howey Mansion, whose video views increased by 53% in less than a year. Shantel also managed the marketing of Orlando’s largest rental company, Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals, where she used reels and video content to achieve a 44% increase in followers.
Being a well-rounded marketer also requires sharpening your skills and getting experience outside your frame of reference, which is why Shantel spent a year working at a digital marketing agency that has worked with big names like Meta, Hilton, Universal, NASA, Warner Bros, and more.
